Open Accessibility adds a configurable accessibility widget to WordPress sites so visitors can adjust how they experience content. It includes contrast controls, text adjustments, navigation aids, visual accommodations, an accessibility statement generator, and developer-facing targeting tools for theme integration.

What's New In 1.4.01
Open Accessibility 1.4.01 is a widget reliability and content detection release. It fixes the widget becoming unreachable when a contrast mode is switched on, raises the skip-to-content link above theme chrome, improves content detection for page builders including Divi, and adds a Reading Mask control that dims the page except for a band tracking the pointer. It was tested against Divi, Blocksy, Neve, Sydney, and Hestia.
It follows 1.4.0, which added the Links settings tab with optional Help and Feedback links, a Panel Title setting, an opt-in "Open Links in Same Tab" setting, opt-in Usage Logging, a reworked skip-to-content link that moves keyboard focus to a real target on any theme, and new string, panel, and skip-target filters.
The shared targeting layer that scopes text size, line height, readable fonts, link underlining, image hiding, and grayscale to resolved content targets arrived earlier, in 1.3.02, and is documented in Theme And Developer Integration.
